• Work with your hands around heavy equipment. You’ll need to lift and move heavy objects and have the ability to withstand long hours, all weathers, and very physical work.
• Put your mechanical aptitude to work, assisting with and performing preventive maintenance, such as cleaning condenser coils, and minor repairs for various HVAC systems, associated equipment, and other related duties as assigned.
• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems on residential properties, including following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.
• Assist our technicians as helper, fetching tools and equipment from the truck as needed, grabbing supplies and restocking the truck when required.
• Keep the job site clean, picking up unused or disposed material, always leaving the site cleaner than you found it.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation.

• Replace equipment and ductwork.
• Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.
• Coordinate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Commit to learning the latest industry standards and regulations to ensure all HVAC systems remain compliant.
• Take care of pick up and deliveries and restocking the warehouse.
• Driving as required.
• Participate in training as requested.

• Natural mechanical skills – you will work well with your hands and understand how things work.
• A willingness to learn the trade, to understand HVAC systems and their inner workings
• A high school diploma or two to five years of experience in a similar job profile.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and maintenance
• The ability and confidence to work independently
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relations
• You must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record be able to pass a drug, background, and driving screening. If not, then please don’t apply.
• The physical ability to work in confined spaces, like attics, and crawl space, climb a ladder over 20’, lift over 50 pounds, and be able to use hand tools without accommodation.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice Willingly complying with all safety requirements
• Ability to listen to and follow instructions, to assist our technicians in any way required.

• Full benefits package – 6 paid holidays, 3 personal days (PTO), 5 vacation days after one year, IRA with employer match, health sharing account, wellness bonus.
• Pay range from $14 to $19 ph, depending on experience.
• Part-time working will be considered.
